Needle Felt Creations

This is an overall photo of some of my needle felted creations. Shot during the Benton City Spring Opener April 27, 2007. The fibers used are alpaca, wool or a combination of both. The hat and lapel pins average in price of $7.95 each.

The bears are sculpted with raw unspun fibers into shape with specialized barbed needle that is stabbed into the fibers to create a firm form. My bears are 4 way string jointed, and/or with wire armatures for adjustable poises on shelves. Teddy bears are sized from 3.5 inches to 1.5 inches small. Many of them have hematite eyes and plactic noses. Prices range from $17.00 to $24.00 dollars depending on features and added on details like shawls and hats etc. Each bear has it's own personality and loveability to those who collect or just love bears.
